A monetary compentation withdrawn from a working time bank before or during a lay-off will effect your unemployment allowance.

The effect of monetary compensation when laid off full-time

If you have been laid off full-time and you have during the lay-off or within 2 months before the start of the lay-off withdrawn a monetary compensation from a working time bank, you have no right to unemployment allowance for such a period which salary is equal to the monetary compensation withdrawn. The monetary compensation is periodised by dividing the amount of the withdrawn compensation with the salary your unemployment allowance is based on. The periodisising only applies to monetary compentation for which no corresponding free-time has been taken.

The effect of monetary compensation when laid off for shortened work hours

A monetary compensation or free-time that is saved to or withdrawn from a working time bank during a lay-off for a shortened work week or a shortened work day, is taken into account in the adjustment of your unemployment allowance in the same way as normal working hours and salary.
