Before you send an application for job alternation compensation to the fund, make sure, that a original job alternation agreement and a copy of the substitutes employment contract have been sent to TE Office.

Do not send your application to the fund until the salary for the last full pay period before the leave has been paid. The application doesn't need to be sent in advance as the application cannot be processed until the leave has started.

The alternation compentation must be applied for within 3 months of the date from which the compentation is to be paid.
